Dar-al-Islam is the place where the Islamic rule has been established and where there would be the rule of "shariya". Dar-al-Harab is the place where Islamic rule has to be established until it's a land of war. And so the concept of "Jihad" is here. The war for the religion. As per it there is concept of "Umma" that is all the followers of Islam are a single entity and there faith should be on there head of there religion that is "Khalifa" and the country they are living in.

The terrorism that we see now is nurtured by a country who is permanent member of UNSC, who has spend millions of dollars against terrorism and billions to nurture it. Yes it's USA.
The story is based on a theory called "a theory of unintended consequences". We can see a lot of examples based on the theory of unintended consequences. During the cold war when USSR's Forces attacked Afghanistan USA nurtured the Muslim fundamentalist in Afghanistan to counter the USSR's forces. Mujahideens, Talibanis etc are trained by the US army. USA finances Pakistan to against terrorism which is indirectly sponsoring it. Every time when the Pakistani rats go to White house and lick the feet of another duffer in White House ; and that gives throw the bone and biscuits to them, all the money is used for cultivation of terrorism.
It will not be wrong to say that Pakistan is the terrorist nation ! You can find that former prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan ; is openly says at news that he was
gathering funds to settle the terrorist of TTP in Khyber-pashtunistan. ISI and Pak army trains all the militants, China provides them weapons through Pakistan. America does that too indirectly.
SOLUTIONS :
Terrorism that we face in today's day is 100% based on extreme Islamic ideas. The interpretations made by Taliban, ISIS etc is based on Islamic literature, religious books and commentaries. Terrorism is an ideology which is not possible control with military actions. Yes, we definitely need armed actions but at same time we are supposed to counter the idea by a strong counter-idea. I think we should be focusing on the kids and student from the isolated areas of the country.
Many of the organizations working in the country are supposed to be working with terrorist organization, like PFI ; which was just banned ! (An extraordinary decisions). According to NIA's report says many of the educational institute in India are funded by ISI. PFI Banned in India
The only solution should be armed actions with education. The one who has AK47 in his hands against my country should be shot down without a question; and at the same time we should be focusing on the kids and prevent them from getting in these types of f***ing organizations.
